The success of your program depends on the site at which it's held. That's why at Florida Tech we go the extra mile to provide you the personal attention that you need to plan and coordinate a productive event.

Housing (Summer Only): Comfort and convenience are our specialties. We offer clean and comfortable accommodations in both single and double occupancy residence hall rooms with modern suite-style baths or traditional-style hall baths. We can accommodate groups of 10 to 500. All guest rooms are air-conditioned with live telephone jacks and wired for access to the campus network. We also offer linen service if your group or organization needs it. Florida Tech's residence halls are centrally located next to Evans Cafeteria. Food Services: Table service, buffets and cafeteria style meals are available for all groups. Our experienced staff can also help you plan special events for your participants. Surprise your group with an outdoor barbecue on our university plaza, an elegant wine and cheese reception amidst the beauty of the Botanical Gardens or a pub night with live entertainment at the Rathskeller Eatery. The sky's the limit!

Meeting & Conference Facilites: This includes three state-of-the-art lecture halls, over 40 standard classrooms and our 503-seat Gleason Auditorium. The All Purpose Room and the All Faiths Center are also available for your group's use and can be outfitted with audio/visual equipment according to your needs. Recreational Facilities: WIth the proper scheduling, your group can enjoy a game of basketball in our air-conditioned gymnasium, outdoor tennis and raquetball courts, our sand volleyball court, or take a swim in one of our two outdoor swimming pools. If your participants would rather beat the heat, they can enjoy a game of billiards in the Rathskeller Gameroom.

Other Great Features: While at Florida Tech, your participants can also take advantage of free on-campus parking, use of our library and shopping in the University Bookstore & Gift Shop.
