Classrooms
Over 40 classrooms around the campus are available for conference
workshops and small meetings. Classrooms vary in size, from
an intimate 20-person capacity up to 70-person seating. Each
room is equipped with student desks and a lectern. Audiovisual
support is available for most rooms by special arrangement.

Lecture
Halls
Our five large lecture halls feature auditorium-style seating--perfect
for presentations and large workshops. All seats in our lecture
halls are equipped with a folding desktop, giving each conference
participant a writing surface, if needed.

ECE118, a 145-seat multimedia lecture
hall is located in the Olin Engineering Complex and is equipped
with a full complement of multimedia equipment--projector,
document camera, electronic whiteboard, and instructor workstation).The
room has good acoustics, so voice amplification should not
be necessary.

130LS, is the auditorium of the Olin Life
Sciences building. It equipped with the same presentation
technologies as ECE118.

P133, located
in front of Evans Library, seats 186. Among its attributes
is an Eiki LCD projector, capable of taking a variety of different
input sources from VCR's to laptop computers. P133 also includes
a vertical sliding whiteboard. The room has good acoustics,
so voice amplification should not be necessary.

| A110, in the
Skurla Aeronautics building features a LCD projector with
an attached VCR, allowing videos to be viewed. This room seats
123 very comfortably. A110 has good acoustics, so voice amplification
should be unnecessary for this room.

S112,
located on the first floor of the Crawford Science Tower,
seats 98 in a spacious seating arrangement. Voice amplification
is available for this room by special arrangement.

| All Purpose
Room
The All Purpose Room is a large multi-purpose meeting space
that may be configured to fit any meeting need. From classroom
to boardroom settings, its proximity to our catering department
makes it a prime location for seminars, banquets & conferences.

Gleason Performing Arts Center
The 500-seat Gleason Performing Arts
Center is designed for stage plays, musical productions,
scientific displays, lectures, seminars, camps, and conferences.
It is equipped with a complete control booth for professional
stage productions, lighting, and sound. The facility is
also equipped with both C- and KU-band satellite downlink
services that can be incorporated into productions and viewed
on a large screen.

Alumni
Conference Room & Patio
The Alumni House offers a conference room which can hold up
to 20 people and a Patio which may be used for social gatherings
and small receptions up to 50 people.

Crawford Conference Room
The conference room located on the 7th floor of the Crawford
Science Tower is used for special occassions. Boasting a beautiful
view of the campus & the surrounding city of Melbourne, this
room seats up to 40 in a conference "U" shape configuration.

The
Main Chapel
The main chapel in the All Faiths Center is available for events
such as weddings and other ceremonies. Voice and music amplification
is available for this location. The main chapel may, at times,
be unavailable due to events occurring in the adjoining Fellowship
Hall. Unlike general purpose spaces, special care must be taken
with property in the main chapel. Please call the Conference
and Special Events Office to discuss your event needs.

The Fellowship
Hall
The Fellowship Hall is an appropriate site for an informal,
small-to-medium (up to 50) size gathering. It is the most flexible
site in the All Faiths Center regarding setup, but may be occasionally
unavailable due to events in the adjoining main chapel.

The Small
Chapel
The small chapel is an appropriate venue for small ceremonies
and gatherings, but is extremely limited with regard to setup.
Special care must also be taken with the property in the small
chapel. Please contact the Conference and Special Events Office
to discuss your event needs.

The Florida
Tech Botanical Gardens
The Botanical Gardens are primarily
available for self-guided tours and small weddings (up to 20,
standing only). Please contact the Conference and Special Events
Office if you wish to use the Gardens for any other purpose.

The Charles
and Ruth Clemente Center for Sports and Recreation
The Clemente
Center for Sports and Recreation is a 62,000 square foot
facility that houses a varsity gym, intramural gym, a complete
health and fitness club and weight room and a raquetball court.
The two gyms along with two meeting rooms and a beautiful aerobics
room are available for rental. A food service area is located
off the main lobby.

area with microwave and sink.
